Yup, those shapes really do it for me! I've been working on a series called Windows & Doors based on my love of the rectangle, sort of grid, alignment. http://candiedfabrics.wordpress.com/2008/07/23/brad-nicholles-baby-shower/ shows a few examples, but I see that I've got some more documentation to do!
those chairs look great! Sorry, i know this is an older post but i just discovered your blog, which is awesome. Can you pretty please put up photos when you reupholster the chairs? I'm attempting to do something similiar and i'm not sure if i should use vintage or modern fabric like yours :P cheers.
