I know these night-time photos are totally unworthy of this blog but I couldn't wait till morning - there's a limit to how long I can get away with consuming the living room floor with my layout ;)
I decided to keep it simple because it's my first, but I wish I could have done something more interesting like these quilts that Cicada Daydream just posted about. Gorgeous! Oh well, next time...

Beautiful. I'm the same I am so impatient to get it out there. I've had quilt ideas for a while, but it looks like sooo much work.

i have 'make a quilt' on my list of goals for this year. there is soemthing so appealing about them... i think it's the opportunity to use so many different pretty fabrics in the one spot!
I especially like how your squares show just enough of the patterns - not too small. Very peaceful color together as well...
