Friday Afternoon Tea

I would really love to be going to the craft drinks tonight but I have so much to organise before we leave I feel like I'm going to pop!

If anyone's interested in doing a Friday afternoon tea in London with me and Paola (another crafty type), please leave me a comment - we're thinking of meeting at Costa Coffee in the big Paperchase on Tottenham Court Road. Sounds like a good place to me! We might even do some sort of crafty swap (if I'm organise enough to get some fabric together).

Meanwhile, I managed to squeeze in a quick photo shoot yesterday with the infamous Marcel of hollabee (Bianca's boyfriend). He's working on a photography project about creative peeps and their workspaces, and I also needed some photos for a submission. So it worked out perfectly. Really nice shots too (considering the limitations of my space!):

Okay better get back to it. Thanks again to everyone for the London tips - I will have to go thru them all on the plane :)

I would love to meet you for tea! When will you be here? Actually, if it's not this Friday, then the next two are perfect for me. If you'll have me, I'll be there!

Gosh, your place looks serene in the photos. Gorgeous.

To crafty Londoners: in trying to take some load off Lara, I suggest we meet at 3pm next Friday (14th).

I figure we'll be at Costa for at least an hour. We can then explore Paperchase and Heals. If we're still yabbering come evening, we can buy Lara dinner at the Yo! Sushi on Bayley Street, off TCR.

After Lara sets the actual date & time, e-mail me (paola@limov.com) for my mobile number. Use it to text me on the day to find us if we've left Costa.

I love the images of your studio space. I have been feeling the tinges of the spring cleaning bug, and I think this might have thrown me over the edge.

Oh the space looks lovely! Good luck in London, make sure you keep warm! I don't have any advice, I've only been twice and it was only for a couple of days. Tate Modern was cool though!

i stumbled upon your blog...and i have fallen in love with your fabrics. I am in the process of learning a bit about textiles and would like to use some of my sketches in creating patterns. Your work and style is such an inspiration.
