I'd like to sew some clothing out of some of you fabric, but you can't really do that with the half-width stuff. Not sure if there's others out there that want full-width too, but I thought I'd speak up.lupinbunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06476109926329778266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15003681.post-75710558140157983252007-10-01T14:35:00.000+10:002007-10-01T14:35:00.000+10:00what about selling the screens??!!what about selling the screens??!!ushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10348873984482306700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15003681.post-37668633903339030592007-09-29T14:29:00.000+10:002007-09-29T14:29:00.000+10:00DO IT!! they are sooooo beautiful. i love 'em!!zzDO IT!! they are sooooo beautiful. i love 'em!!zzbroadcast poulethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09644530927715597146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15003681.post-671756313501957102007-09-29T00:40:00.000+10:002007-09-29T00:40:00.000+10:00love, love, love the raindrops on the linen. I love your blog and visit it daily to see what you're up to with your wonderful designs - you are such a talented gal! Don't forget to pat yourself on the back every now and then :)

From a person who collects and also sells vintage fabric, I would say keep (buy outright) the screen your fabric design is on. You never know where your fabric designs will take you - around the globe, fame and fortune, etc etc!!...and these screens should stand as testimony to your great creativity and 'where you started'...

How many designers - furniture, textile, lighting etc - are so successful, yet regret not keeping their 'starters'?? Years down the track you may want to reprint your lovely designs again - and how wonderful would it be to do it again on the same screen???

I am a Florence Broadhurst fan - love her design style and creativity! But it took Signature Prints years to place her screens together in the right order to replicate her prints...and without their determination and the fact she kept her screens, we would never have been privy to her wonderful designs in the 21st century...how sad would that have been??

Just my two cents worth - but, yes, do another print run at least!!

Cheers and have a great day
VanessaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15003681.post-61858201619453279612007-09-27T11:03:00.000+10:002007-09-27T11:03:00.000+10:00I definately would love to see the poppies and rai...I definately would love to see the poppies and raindrops on linen in this colourway - looks fantastic!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04598814209938365292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15003681.post-89540095626709619492007-09-27T09:42:00.000+10:002007-09-27T09:42:00.000+10:00definately do one last print run - i would particu...definately do one last print run - i would particularly love to see the Bonsai Forest & Wild Geese designs on linen...Daniellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07438809330223360096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15003681.post-34175876196168556532007-09-27T08:24:00.000+10:002007-09-27T08:24:00.000+10:00A final run is a good idea- I think the prints loo...A final run is a good idea- I think the prints look even better on the linen than on the cotton- it makes them much more textural..
